We could pick up agents throughout the state and provide them leads in a similar model to ZipRealty.com (Zip Realty is very profitable). We would be a virtual real estate brokerage – doing everything online – including settlement. Totally paperless.

  • Promote DreamRealty.com heavily through Florida, pass the leads off to agents throughout the state. Take 25% referral fee , but not have the agents work directly for us. As a brokerage, we can have the referral fees sent directly to us with no split taken out of it.
