We offer an excellent potential money stream for Realtors, developers, videographers and "media consultants." With more than 80% of home buyers starting their search on the internet, you can help them save both time and money. The days of the 6% commissions are dwindling. Don't be left out in the cold when you could be at the forefront on these new ways to help others and make a dollar or two for yourself in the process.

We offer homeowners a carefully laid out strategy to market their home in the 21st century. (seller's options) These options create opportunites for the following individuals:

  • Realtors - Sign up as our Realtor of choice for your county. You do not have to leave your current broker (actually we don't want you to leave your broker). Our most expensive homeselling package requires the actions of a licensed Realtor. For helping the homeowner with the tasks specified here, you receive 50% of the $1599 we charge a homeowner for our GOLD package. Though that is probably less than 3% of the selling price, much less work is required on your part. Besides your $800 commission, you are under no obligation to share any other gains you acquire from working with our client referal.

    Sales is often a numbers game, and sometimes doing some work for less than your "normal" pay can result in incredible opportunity. Besides, you shouldn't have to put in more that 10 or 12 hours to end up pocketing the $800.

    Think about it....Most homesellers are probably going to buy a house once you help them sell theirs. Who would be in a better position to be their buying agent? You keep 100% of the commission paid for helping them find their dream home. And, you receive 100% of any subsequent transactions from that client you received from us and any referrals you may get from them, as well. Pretty fair, wouldn't you say?

  • Media Consultants - Become one of the first to take advantage of this newly created business opportunity! There has always been a fair amount of media consumed in the process of marketing a home (or any type of property). Usually Realtors have been the ones to coordinate the photos of the home, flyers, dvds, videos, virtual tours, classified ads, websites, etc.

    You can see there is a lot of media that goes into the process of marketing real estate. For this, you don't need to be a Realtor. Get paid up to 35% of the $999 we charge a homeowner for our SILVER page. That is $350 for approximately 10 hours of work.

    Plus, you are also entitled up to 35% of any sales that come through the website that we create for you. This could include additional media purchases by your client or other DreamRealty services bought through that website. Promote your site and keep track of the traffic and sales through our associate tracking system. You also get an exclusive email address, xxxx@DreamRealty.com and Dream Realty business cards.

    Another big plus - Dream Realty offers exclusive territories to our media consultants!

  • Videographers - Post your real estate videos to DreamRealty.com at no charge. To help you promote your business, you will also be included in our "Search Members" option at no charge. You may decide to become a full-fledged Dream Realty media consultant and lock up rights to one of our exclusive territories. Now is definitely the time to act.
