Proprietary Home Value Calculator

We have developed our own home price calculator. We compare it against Zillow and it is more accurate 90% of the time. It is very helpful in determining what your home should sell for. Real estate appraisers focus almost exclusively on comparing your home to similar one that have sold recently.

Currently, our calculator has only works with single family homes in Pinellas county.  Give it a try.

Most flexible search criteria

You can now create unlimited search criteria.  Besides the usual, bed, bath, price, et al, you can search on any keywords you want.    For example, "barn, volume ceilings and beach access."   Some other seach engines allow for keyword search, but they only search the realtor remarks.   We search every field in the database!  You can then save your specialized search and have email alerts sent to you daily when those criteria are met.
